4. Payment Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement or proposal provided by US7 ENTERPRISES. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the services provided by US7 ENTERPRISES shall remain the property of US7 ENTERPRISES unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality US7 ENTERPRISES agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without the client’s consent.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay US7 ENTERPRISES for all services provided up to the date of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability US7 ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goverments, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goverments.

10. Amendments US7 ENTERPRISES reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

Refund Policy for Events Services:
